Good evening everyone! Tonight I have a special treat for you. I’ve decided to start sharing some of my astrology insights. Tonight will be the first post of this type. It will be specifically related to birth chart of the United States. Focusing strictly on Galactic Astrology, with a focus on the Orion and Lyra constellations. Some of you may know where I’m going with this. Especially if you’ve taken a peek at my Outpost 157 writing pieces.
Overall, I’m going to need to make multiple additions to this piece to tie more of it together. I’ll also give a little bit of history on the Orion/Lyra conflict. Let’s get started shall we.
Felines and Reptiles
I’m going to suggest to you that we are not the most intelligent species operating on Earth currently. I laugh, when others make snide remarks about people who share their otherworldly experiences. Especially ones that related to interactions with beings from outer places. Some may call them Extraterrestrials, others may view them with a more Inter-dimensional lens. Overall I would suggest they are one and the same. As most advanced civilizations are not traveling from point to point, in three dimensional space.
When it comes to Orion and Lyra. Two of the most discussed species are mostly operating outside of what we consider three dimensional reality. Although, they do have the ability to enter it for a period of time. Based on the subheading of this section, you may have guessed what some of them look like. The Lyra element is often very Feline and very advanced. Think millions of years more advanced than us currently. It’s no surprise many of us can’t even comprehend such a species existing. We have a long way to go, before we can form a meaningful connection to them. They are a spiritual race, one that from the beginning focused on a profound balance with nature. As well as peaceful coexistence with those around them. They were not conquerors, but they were not push overs either.
In opposition, one of the most infamous Orion races are Reptilian in appearance. Unlike the Lyrans, they are an aggressive, dominating race of beings that would make Columbus look like Richard Simmons…….I do want to make it clear. There are Reptilian races that are peaceful, but we will not be interacting with them for some time. Anyways, the Orion group are conquerors, relying on their technology and hard logical minds that power their intellect. It has taken them well beyond our current level of technology. As well given them the ability to mostly stick to other dimensional spaces. Thus, they don’t typically show themselves in the open.
When these two races first met, it didn’t go well, especially for the more peaceful Lyrans. As the eons have passed…The Feline race that interacted in lower dimensions in the early days, have since left the Orions the behind. Though both groups still interact with people of Earth in various ways. I’m not going to go into details here. I only wanted to paint a picture of two of the races, that play a part in our little area of the cosmos. Some people will never believe this stuff is true, even if a massive ship landed in their back yard, or one of these beings walked into their living room. We have been so programmed to think we are alone. A lot of use would find some way, to convince themselves that they had some cognitive disease. Rather than expect a genuine experience.
From a personal standpoint, I’ve had experiences with both groups over the years. The Lyrans actually showed up, and helped me when I needed help one evening. Yes….. I was fully awake when they showed up. As for the Orions, I’ve had to deal with them a lot over the years. Usually because they always want to keep an eye on people like me. But, I do my best to not poke the bear too much. And Yes……. I’ve been fully awake at times when I encountered them as well. OK, I think that’s enough of an intro. I did want to get into the Astrology, or a least start to.
Galactic Astrology

You may be wondering what Galactic Astrology is. In a nut shell, it focus on the relationships between the planets and fixed stars. Rather than traditionally focusing on the relationships with other planets. In this case… I’m taking a look at the elements in the US birth chart. Focusing on the locations mentioned above. Above is a screen shot of a chart, showing just the inner solar system elements of the country. (I.E Mercury – White , Venus-Violet, Mars-Red, and the Sun-Yellow. )
The gold elements in the other most layer of the chart, are fixed stars. There is also Arabic Part (Fortune A) located roughly two layers below Mercury on the chart. I’m not going to focus on this tonight.
I’m going to talk a little bit about the aspects connected to the fixed stars and the inner solar system.

Here is a closer up image of the inner solar system planetary objects… And the fixed stars of Rigel, Bellatrix, Betelgeuse, Mintaka, and the Orion Nebula. These stars just happen to be in Orion. Now, I’m only focusing on Conjunctions & Oppositions tonight. Only stars that are within 4 degrees of a planetary object, will be considered to be in a conjunction. The tighter the conjunction the more profound or powerful it is. Thus, if I had a conjunction of 0.00 degrees it would be perfect. The objects would also be aligned right on top of each other in the astrology chart. Which is the reason, why my chart has layers. I wouldn’t want elements being painted on top of each other, because it would make the chart unreadable.
Ok let’s move on. Of the above, we can ignore the Sun…. as it’s outside the conjunction threshold for the listed stars in Orion. However, Venus has a conjunction with Betelgeuse and Mars….. Well Mars is has a conjunction with everyone else.
Both Mars and Venus are in the 7th house of the chart as well. The 7th relates to all type of partnerships. Here is a little more information on the 7th house, from an astrology site I use for reference.
The seventh house represents partnerships, contracts, significant relationships, marriage, and long-term connections. It reflects how one relates to social skills, social interactions, and how one interacts with others on a personal, one-on-one basis. Marriage and committed partnerships are a significant theme of the seventh house, as this reflects the individual’s attitude towards long-term commitments and the qualities they seek in a partner. The primary focus of the seventh house is on partnerships, both personal and professional. It reflects how an individual approaches relationships, seeks harmony, and engages in negotiation, cooperation, and collaboration. Traditionally, the seventh house is associated with open enemies or adversaries, and represents individuals who may present challenges or opposition in the person’s life – including legal matters.
I’m going to be honest. I’m going to read this aspect probably differently than some. I’ve noticed that a lot of information related to astrology and other avenues of thought. Seem to want to put a positive lens on everything. Almost like they are avoiding discussing unpleasant things.
Now I’m not saying the US is an evil or blood thirsty entity. I’m making the connection between an energtic connection which that has a clear astrological connection with a region of space… One that is related to such behavior, but to a much more extreme level.
I want to note, that when there is a conjunction. The energy between both parties involved is complementary. I also want to note, the US history is full of dominating partnerships or, profound military dominance. The energy is there. If I would have just went with, what others suggest, there would have been a much more rosy picture painted. Nah, man I feel a profound dominance in this connection.
I want to mention Venus now. With Venus there is a conjunction with Betelgeuse. Betelgeuse is a star, that shows up in my own chart. It’s thought to be a place where Rebellion occurred within the Orion’s sphere on influence.
Venus is also a planet that represents Love, Beauty, Pleasure, and Harmony. Since it’s in the 7th house also . There is some balancing out of the Mars energy, which is a good thing. Now combine the with with a conjunction with Betelgeuse… Which also has energies not only to Creative Power and Ambition… But also a profound Spiritual Warrior, and strong lessons of conquering fear, and is powerhouse for strong leadership. We can see how this relates to the US history. Specifically rebelling against the British and more.

I want to jump the Oppositions now. The Stars now pictured above are in the Lyra sphere of influence. All but Sheliak is in Opposition to Mercury. I will post the screen shot of the actual Aspects down a little further. An opposition occurs when a 180 degree or close to 180 degree relationship occurs between two astrological bodies. In my case I’m looking for anything within 4 degrees of 180. The energy of Oppositions, are one of head butting and conflict. Meaning the energy doesn’t flow well.
Now Mercury is in the 8th house. Here is a little more on that.
The eighth house is associated with transformation, shared resources, intimacy, occult interests, psychological depth, and the mysteries of life and death. Often people generalize this as the house of “sex, death, and taxes”. Shared resources include investments, inheritance, taxes, and joint finances with a partner (business or personal). Traditionally, the eighth house is associated with themes of death and rebirth. It does not necessarily indicate physical death but may symbolize the process of letting go and experiencing profound transformations. It is linked to transformation and profound change, psychological depth, the exploration of the subconscious, and reflects the individual’s capacity for self-awareness and exploring their own psyche for personal growth and evolution. This house is often connected to the exploration of mysteries, occult knowledge, Astrology and hidden aspects of life, which reflects an interest in uncovering deeper truths and understanding the unseen. The eighth house is associated with sexuality, intimacy, and the deeper aspects of one’s desires, and reflects their ability to connect with others on a sensual and profound level.
If I were to reduce it a little bit. I would say the 8th house is all about Death, transformation, resolving your crap, evolving and moving forward. Also I would say it’s about Drastic Consciousness evolution….AND ASCENSION…….
Let’s take a look where the Lyra stars are located… There are in the 2nd house. Finally here is a little on that.
The second house relates to material possessions, finances, values, personal resources, and self-worth. It reflects a person’s attitude towards money, earning and spending habits, financial priorities, and how one acquires and manages material wealth. It indicates what an individual finds important and the things they hold dear, both materially and in terms of personal ethics. The second house is connected to self-worth and self-esteem. It reflects how an individual values themselves and how this influences their relationship with material resources.
Ahhhhh the second house is much more an aligned to the physical, tangible, and material. In this case the county struggles, aligning what it considers to important in the material world, with higher principals. Specifically, we tend to trash the environment, and neglect the planet in our quest for materialistic security. There is an imbalance between the way we operate in the physical world. It’s a real problem, that we will need to correct in the near future.
Now Mercury is all about the mind, and communication. It also relates to a profound adaptation or learning to adapt. Some say it also relates to technology and commerce which makes sense. Especially to what I noted above. It’s an always in motion energy if that makes sense, at least that’s what I get from it.
I’m going to end this tonight, with a note on the fixed Stars. There are 100s of them and not all, in fact many don’t have in-depth information related to them. However, I thought the following related to oppositions and the Lyra Nebula was interesting.
Oppositions to Lyra Nebula
When planets or points oppose the Lyra Nebula, there is a dynamic tension between the individual’s earthly responsibilities and their soul’s connection to ancient wisdom and resilience. These oppositions often reflect a push-pull dynamic where the individual feels caught between practical demands and a longing to honor a higher purpose tied to collective memories of survival, leadership, or displacement. This aspect challenges the person to balance external pressures with their inner calling to embody Lyra’s qualities of perseverance and cosmic awareness. Oppositions often catalyze growth through the facing and integration of worldly and spiritual challenging experiences.
Again, Mercury is in opposition to the Lyra Nebula in the US birth chart. I thought this was rather interesting. It reinforces what I said. Regarding an imbalance between the physical, tangible, material, with nature and the spiritual.
Does it surprise me that these positions exist, and that they are related to Lyra. Not at all. The Orion influence on the US, as well as the planet is a strong one. What we need to do is, navigate closer to the Lyra energy, and be willing to ditch a lot of the programming we’ve been subjected to.

I’ve hoped you enjoyed my introductory post on some of my Galactic Astrology work. There will be more to come.
